35th Reiling Triathlon in Harsewinkel
The 35th Reiling-Triathlon in Harsewinkel attracted around 570 participants and, with a range of distances on offer, provided suitable challenges for every ability level. Despite rainy and windy conditions, the athletes put in strong performances. Reiling colleagues also successfully completed the mass-participation triathlon, demonstrating their stamina and sporting ambition.

New lorry access road and additional weighbridge in Marienfeld
The Reiling Group has extensively modernised its site in Marienfeld and has opened a new lorry access road, complete with an additional weighbridge, as well as a relocated administrative office on Max-Planck-Straße. These measures will improve road safety and logistics processes. Among other things, this will result in shorter journeys. In addition, extensive landscaping work has been carried out. The new facilities were officially opened on 29 May in the presence of staff and guests.

Food-grade rPET pellets
PET bottles form the basis of our PET recycling process. At our site in Hamm, we process PET bottles into high-quality rPET flakes, which are then further processed into food-grade rPET pellets. By using innovative technologies and strictly controlled production and quality processes, we ensure that our rPET granulate meets the highest standards and is ideally suited for further processing.

PV recycling – recovering valuable raw materials
The recycling of photovoltaic modules is becoming an increasingly important focus for the rapidly growing solar industry. This is because the volume of end-of-life or damaged PV modules is rising, and repowering projects are being implemented. Successful Closed Flat-to-Flat Recycling of Pre-Consumer Automotive Windshields
Reiling Glas Recycling, in collaboration with its long-standing partner AGC Glass Europe, has reached a major milestone in flat glass circularity: the successful industrial-scale recycling of pre-consumer automotive windshields in a closed flat-to-flat loop. This achievement marks a significant step toward a fully circular value chain for automotive glass. AGC supports its automotive production with over 56% cullet ratio.

Building demolition generates large quantities of window glass, which must be properly sorted and disposed of. This year, we exhibited at Solar Solutions Vienna for the first time and, together with our partner, had the opportunity to hold numerous interesting discussions with trade visitors. We were also nominated for the Best Innovation Boulevard, where innovative products and services are showcased. We would like to take today’s World Recycling Day as an opportunity to highlight the importance of disposing of waste glass correctly.This is because recycling recyclable materials conserves natural resources and protects the environment, as the recovered secondary raw material glass replaces primary raw materials in downstream industries. Bottle-to-bottle: recycling PET bottles
In the bottle-to-bottle process, we convert used PET bottles into high-quality PET flakes and food-grade PET granulate and return them directly to the production cycle. This means that old bottles are turned into new PET bottles – without any loss of quality and in accordance with the highest food standards.
