Our Reiling PV recycling facility in Münster has recently obtained the following certification in addition to its existing ElektroG certification: WEEELABEX-certified primary treatment plant in accordance with CENELEC EN 50625 for PV modules

In the bottle-to-bottle process, we convert used PET bottles into high-quality PET flakes and food-grade PET granulate and return them directly to the production cycle. This means that old bottles are turned into new PET bottles – without any loss of quality and in accordance with the highest food standards.

Solar Solutions in Düsseldorf, one of the leading trade fairs for renewable energies, marked the successful conclusion of the 2025 trade fair season for us.

As part of the ‘Sustainable.business’ series organised by pro Wirtschaft GT GmbH, numerous company representatives visited the glass recycling plant in Marienfeld. Under the motto ‘From waste to value’, presentations and guided tours demonstrated how waste management and the circular economy can create economic and ecological added value.

A state-of-the-art hollow glass recycling plant is currently being built in Lünen – after two years of intensive planning and construction, commissioning is imminent. With the latest technology and a 20-metre-high new building, the project sets new standards in terms of quality and efficiency.

May we introduce: the new generation of HA Schult's iconic Trash People. The new Reiling Representatives were created by the performance artist in the workshops of Peters Studios glass painting. Made from our diverse range of recyclable materials, such as recycled glass, photovoltaic modules, PET and waste wood, they represent the business areas of our recycling company.

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted by the United Nations in 2015. We align our daily work with these goals and make a concrete contribution to their implementation. With our newly adopted environmental policy, we commit ourselves to fulfilling specific goals in the interests of environmental and climate protection.

We are celebrating the 30th anniversary of our Reiling glass recycling facility in Torgau. The facility was inaugurated on 5th September 1995.

What to do with rainwater when surfaces are sealed? This question is becoming increasingly important in construction projects. Recycling expert Reiling recently had to deal with this problem for a warehouse extension at the glass recycling site in Osterweddingen. The solution is a modern retention basin with Veriso RED expanded glass gravel as a water reservoir. The material, which consists of recycled waste glass, stores water, absorbs dynamic loads cyclically and thus enables further utilisation of the area. The retention basins relieve the pressure on the sewer system, support the natural water cycle and make an important contribution to sustainable construction.
