Acquisition of the shares in Schaumglas Husum GmbH in Husum (near Nienburg) and Veriso GmbH in Berlin. Establishment of a joint venture with the traditional Schirmbeck company in order to be able to act as a supra-regional purchaser of raw glass towards the dual systems.
