Start of the apprenticeship programme in 2026

On 3 August, we were delighted to once again welcome our new apprentices to the Reiling Group. We are very pleased that you are now part of our team and are embarking on your professional future alongside us.

As you begin your training, we wish you a successful start, exciting challenges, lots of new experiences and, above all, plenty of enjoyment during your training. To kick things off, our new trainees from the technical and commercial sectors across all our sites came together for a joint induction day at our head office in Marienfeld. Following a warm welcome and the chance to get to know one another, the programme included a guided tour of the Marienfeld site. Afterwards, the apprentices were introduced to their respective areas of work and departments, and were able to gain their first impressions of their future working lives.
