Once again this year, we cordially invite you to experience and familiarise yourself with our training opportunities at first hand. On Saturday, 16 March from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the "Apprenticeship Day" will once again take place at our headquarters in Marienfeld!

Are you looking for an apprenticeship and perhaps don't yet know which profession suits you? No problem! We have prepared exciting hands-on activities so that you can try out which activities you enjoy and where your strengths lie. In addition, our trainees and the HR department will provide information about careers and dual study programmes and explain the training content.

The focus on the training day is particularly on the "industrial professions" - such as construction mechanic (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), metal technology specialist (m/f/d), professional driver (m/f/d), motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d). Commercial/IT professions (e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d)) are also covered.

In the newly built workshop, we offer various stations where - under supervision - the students can complete small tasks such as transporting components back and forth using the indoor crane, assembling kits or welding and soldering in welding equipment. In the outdoor area, there will be a forklift course and the opportunity to excavate the first skips under supervision.

In the commercial area, we will provide information on the training content of the individual professions. Application tips are also on the programme.

For 2024, we have many vacancies for apprenticeships in both commercial and industrial professions - even at different company locations throughout Germany.
